Graduation FAQs

When do I apply?
Deadlines for graduation applications are:

JULY 1st for end of Summer Sessions
OCTOBER 1st for end of Fall Semester
MARCH 1st for end of Spring Semester

Is there a ceremony in December?
No. There is one graduation ceremony in May for all students who graduated in the previous summer and fall, and of course, spring.

How many tickets am I allowed?

We cannot determine the number of tickets each student is allowed until we know how many people (students, Board members, guests) are participating in the ceremony, a figure we do not know until right before graduation. The ceremony is normally held outside behind College Hall. As long as the weather is nice, then the number of guests a student may invite is unlimited. Tickets are necessary ONLY in the case of inclement weather when the ceremony must be held indoors and seating is limited.
