Professional Development Courses
Lake Erie College's Center for Leadership and Professional Development serves the continuing education needs of degree professionals. We provide a variety of services through collaborative partnerships that respond to the ongoing and emerging needs of our local region as well as internationally while showcasing our programs, faculty, staff and students. Lake Erie College presently offers various workshops for educators, attorneys, psychologists and social worker/counselors for which CEUs are awarded and, customized in-house/ contract business training in the areas of organizational, management development, leadership, innovation and strategic planning.
Summer Seminars
June 1 to June 16th on campus seminars will be held on weekends; Friday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Beginning June 18th, seminars will be held weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm.

Professional Practitioner Certificate: Developing Human Potential for Positive Change
Interested in Furthering your Professional Leadership, Coaching, Therapeutic, Educational and Entrepreneurial Skills by Working with Horses? Lake Erie College’s continuing education certificate program (not for Lake Erie College academic or degree college credit) provides dynamic training partnering with horses in human development as applied to: Therapy (social work, counseling, etc.), Organizational Development as applied to leadership teamwork and coaching, Creative Arts, Education.
