Senior Director of Development
Pam serves as the director of development at Lake Erie College. In this role, she is responsible for the overall management of the development program, which is charged with managing relationships and securing support from donors who are capable of making significant gifts to the College.Pam has over seven years of experience in institutional advancement. Her past positions include manager of the membership database marketing at the Ohio State Medical Association, director of development at the Ohio Medical Education and Research Foundation and associate director of advancement at the Kent State Ashtabula Regional Campus. Pam received her bachelor of science degree with a major in marketing, graduating magna cum laude from Franklin University. She has also completed coursework towards her master of arts degree in public relations from Kent State University.

Lynne Zele serves as the coordinator of advancement services at Lake Erie College. In this role, she has overall responsibility for maintaining and updating the College's donor database. This requires recording gifts to the College, writing acknowledgment letters to donors and providing fundraising assistance to the director of development, Pamela Palermo.
Prior to this position, Lynne served for 28 years at WJW-TV (Fox 8) as a news producer, reporter and video editor, where she won three regional EMMY awards. She joined the College in 2012 as the administrative assistant to the vice president for institutional advancement.
Lynne holds a bachelor of arts with a major in communications from Edinboro University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
